Macbeath surface

In Riemann surface theory and hyperbolic geometry, the Macbeath surface, also called Macbeath's curve or the Fricke–Macbeath curve, is the genus-7 Hurwitz surface. The automorphism group of the Macbeath surface is the simple group PSL(2,8), consisting of 504 symmetries. (Wikipedia).

MATH331: Riemann Surfaces - part 1

We define what a Riemann Surface is. We show that PP^1 is a Riemann surface an then interpret our crazy looking conditions from a previous video about "holomorphicity at infinity" as coming from the definition of a Riemann Surface.
