Siegel domain

In mathematics, a Siegel domain or Piatetski-Shapiro domain is a special open subset of complex affine space generalizing the Siegel upper half plane studied by Siegel. They were introduced by Piatetski-Shapiro in his study of bounded homogeneous domains. (Wikipedia).

Domain of a simple rational function in interval and set notation

👉 Learn how to find the domain of rational functions. Recall that the domain of a function is the set of possible input values (x-values) of the function. For a rational function, the denominator cannot be zero. Thus, to find the domain of a rational function, we first find the values of x

Ring Theory: We define Euclidean domains as integral domains with a division algorithm. We show that euclidean domains are PIDs and UFDs, and that Euclidean domains allow for the Euclidean algorithm and Bezout's Identity.
