Otter is an infrastructure automation tool, designed by the software company Inedo. Built specifically to support Windows, Otter utilizes Infrastructure as Code to model infrastructure and configuration. Otter provisions and configure servers automatically, without logging in to a command prompt. (Wikipedia).
