LinSig

LinSig is software by JCT Consultancy which allows traffic engineers to model traffic signals and their effect on traffic capacities and queuing. As well as modelling the effects of traffic signals LinSig also optimises signal timings to reduce delay or increase capacity at a junction or group of interlinked junctions. (Wikipedia).

The Story of Chinese Character : 夃

夃 is composed of 乃(therefore) and 又(also). 乃 depicts a rope, while 又 is the picture of a hand, 夃 depicts a hand pulling a rope, which has the meaning of getting something, so 夃 means ‘more’.
