Hydroxysultaines are chemical compounds used in high-foaming shampoos, bath products and shower gels especially in conjunction with ether sulfates and alkyl sulfates. They are also used in industrial applications where high, stable foam is required. Chemically, hydroxysultaines are zwitterionic, typically containing covalently linked positive and negative ions. In this video I make hydrobromic acid from sulfuric acid and sodium bromide. You can also use potassium bromide.

Make Hydrobromic Acid Revisited 2018
We show how to make hydrobromic acid. Hydrobromic acid is the bromine analogue of hydrochloric acid. While too expensive to use as much as hydrochloric acid, it's often used when the bromine element itself is needed. For example a major use is the synthesis of organobromine compounds like

Making Calcium Peroxide (CaO2)
In today’s video we are making calcium peroxide from sodium hydroxide, calcium chloride and hydrogen peroxide. Calcium peroxide is an oxidizing agent and it could be used to make oxygen by simply heating it. Our yield was low but we managed to make some. Just to put it somewhere: the produ
