Cantellated tesseract

In four-dimensional geometry, a cantellated tesseract is a convex uniform 4-polytope, being a cantellation (a 2nd order truncation) of the regular tesseract. There are four degrees of cantellations of the tesseract including with permutations truncations. Two are also derived from the 24-cell family. (Wikipedia).

Fresnel lens - what is it, testing focal length, solar heat generated

Things I learned about fresnel lenses when I made my solar cooker. What is a fresnel lens? Should the grooved side face the sun or the flat side? Is the focal length the same i.e. same focal point? Is the heat output the same? Why do I get the results I do? What is spherical aberration? Wh

This is the other case. The first one was rotation about yb and xa, or if you like x into a and y into b, this one is rotation about xb and ya or x into b and y into a. Now I have a strange feeling that there are again an inifinite number of mixed cases, but I will not think about that now
